The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) is all set to handover Golf Course Roads maintenance work to DLF in Gurgaon. The project which is worth Rs 300 crore includes construction of an underpass, flyover and a foot over bridge, will be implemented on a public private partnership (PPP) model. A HUDA official said that a go-ahead has been given and formalities of the agreement are being worked out before handing over the control to DLF. Confirming the development, HUDA administrator Nitin Yadav said that the draft agreement is being worked out and a final decision will be taken soon. According to sources, DLF had been asking HUDA for control over the maintenance of the road. DLF is keen for this maintenance agreement because many of its condominiums and colonies are located on this road.
