Topic: 3C Township on Yamuna Expressway

Today I got a message from some broker that 3C is coming up with township (Lotus Township) on Yamuna Expressway, close to Jaypee sport city.
Currently on offer are plots at the rate of 14500/-Sy (Thats inaugural rate)
Sizes varies from 100Sy to 500Sy
Does anyone have more details about this project?

It seems, 3c Plots project "Lotus City" got very good response and project has been already sold out - confirmed with 3c guys.

Brokerage firm ‘Investor Clinic’ has already started resale of this project, and told me that they will be able to find some party ready with plots (120 sq yd) with 1.5 L premium. and apart from that better check out Groffr.com that help you to find other members who all are interested to buy property in gurgaon.
