Do not sweat the small stuff. Many negotiations bogged down in minor details before major issues are discussed. It is ridiculous. These are big questions that will determine the success or failure in negotiations. You can leave the little details to finish, and address the major. When the big question is resolved, little seems less urgent and quickly resolved.

Real Estate Negotiation is a fine art. It does not matter how good your investment strategy is or how profitable the Utah real estate market is for others. It does not matter if you are investing in a hot market like Provo real estate. If you can not close the deal in a win-win manner at the negotiation table, you will not find the success you are seeking.
