Few Popular Real Estate Fairs 2009

Hyderabad Real Estate Expo – The Hyderabad Real Estate Expo was organized by the Channel 9 Events and Party Organizers. The venue of the Expo was Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC), Hyderabad, India and took place on 8th August and 9th August of 2009. It was held with the objective of providing perfect platforms for real estate developers & builders to exhibit their developments with special discounts for buyers, investors and traders.

GIREM Expo – The GIREM Expo was organized by Triple Tree Exhibitions & Sports Private Limited and was held in Holiday Inn Goa, from September 17 to September 19, 2009. The aim of the expo was to offer opportunity to real estate developers, builders, bank and housing finance institutions, financial institution to attract the attention of reputed hotel groups, retail groups, investors, architects, urban planners.

Properties Ahead – This real estate fair was held between 29th October, 2009 and 31st October, 2009 and was organized by the M & K Company. It was a high-profile real estate market event contributing to improvement of investment climate as well as growth of capital real estate growth.

There were many other real estate fairs held in India in and after 2009.
