We are getting a huge number of daily queries regarding cheap residential properties in Dwarka. Many people are looking for something in the range for Rs20 Lakhs.

Just wanted to share the current market reality that as of June 2008 there very few properties in Dwarka for this budget. The reality is that even DDA flats are going for about Rs 30-40 lakhs and society flats are expected to be in the >Rs50 lakhs range.

If you happen to be looking for a cheap property in Dwarka, just be aware of what the existing market reality is so that you can manage your expectations and not be frustrated with the prices that you hear about.
