Unitech has been alloted with two plots of 71 and 54 acre at the cost of Rs 1,050 crore. Parsvnath Developers has bought the 72 acre for Rs 602 crore, Omaxe paid 37 acre by paying Rs 307 core, Ambience has bought with Rs 323 crore a 37.5 acre plot while IVCRL has paid Rs 274 crore for 33 acre.

According to the current trends the residential plots in Noida are sold in the range of Rs 25,000 per sq m to Rs 50,000 per sq m in the newly developed sectors. While, the price of group housing range from Rs 3,000 to Rs 4,000 per sq ft.
