its a gud project from investment point of view.
Since these are premium 27 storied towers, they will fetch a gud return in the long run.
Also besides being a premium residential project, a commercial tower has already been erected besides the proposed towers, and 5 floors of this tower are booked by TCS.
Thus your rentals will never be an issue ever.
I know all this since i've too bked a flat here after a thourough check from my legal team.
Note: They are offering free gifts to the customers reffered to & by other customers.
If you do book a flat u too can b eligible for a gift by giving either my name or someone else's name who has already booked a flat there.

Lodha builder is a cheater. I booked a flat here under false promises made by the sales guy there and then everyone including the management did not respond to any of my questions. They made me pay the booking amount of 1 lac and never returned me.
Do not go for this builder. Their management suck.

As for Casa Ultima... Very Good location, lots of hidden cost of Lodha (who themselves seem to have hit a rough patch financially), most importantly the room sizes are minuscule so check the website for their floor plans.
If you are looking only for premium developers, along with Hiranandani and Kalpataru, also have a look at Vasant Lawns. There are still a couple of towers under construction in an otherwise impressive looking completed complex. You would have your budget to around 70L .Check out Groffr for more properties in mumbai and best group deals.
