Amit, there are a few new projects just outside of Gurgaon that you might also want to consider. Manesar, slightly south of Gurgaon is becoming a popular destination. Both DLF and Vatika are coming up with residential projects in this area. Both are also selling units in the launch pahse right now.

There is a good commercial project which is coming up at Sector 51 in Gurgaon. You must have seen The Technopolis at DLF Golf course road , it belongs to the same developer.
