So I want to take a college loan. I want to study abroad. I will need about $900 a month for 4 years. So I need around $43,000. How should I go about this? I want the least interest possible.

I am from the United States.
I want to go to Argentina.
I am from a low-income family.
I will be going to nursing school.
I am currently 20 years old, will be 21 in 7 months.
Education is free in Argentina but the loan is to cover living expenses.
