Topic: Construction quality wise 3c or DLF

I wanted to know which one of these two builder would be better in term of construction quality( Say NTH vs 3c's sector 89)

Having built or already delivered luxury properties by the Developer namely DLF does not get a SUPERIOR tag interms of quality of construction.However 3C has many projects in Noida and developers like ATS and 3C are few names which are sworn by it's brilliant quality of construction in Noida.These inputs are taken by residents who are living in 3C and ATS properties.Without any doubt DLF properties appearance is very appealing and are deigned by architect Hafeez Contractor and have also give good returns on investment.Having said that, try visiting someone who is a resident of DLF property and here i am one of the resident and also know many who sulk but yes now also know the difference between outside and inside.Get more information about property in gurgaon and group deals at Groffr.com
