Topic: Logix-NeoWorld Noida or 3c NewProject Gurgaon

One of my colleague is confused between above 2 projects. Builders wise both looks decent.
Budget-40 lac for 2 bhk.
Please suggest both prons/cons.

03 the currunt rate in neo world is 3295 b.s.p +400+4 lac+plc,s the project is good but rate has been revised.. intially it has launched at rate of 3295 and inaugural discount of 200 is going on but curruntly the ingural discount has been finished u can go for best discount available in market..I should suggust that kindly go for good reputed builder.. this neo world is golf property with lot of amenities but if u want for investment u shuld hold this property for minimum 2 years.. then u can sell with lucrative prices..i have already booked in neo world and got group deal from Groffr.com.
