To start with you ve not clarified whether u r looking for a ready to move in or uder construction projects.
If its ready to move in then look no further then Park View City 1/2 or Vipul Green.All of them are similar priced have good open spaces n nice layouts.All are Sohna Rd properties.
Unitech Fresco and Close are next but are slightly more expensive because of the brand premium, though have the same qlty as the above three projects.
Under construction projects of the likes of victory Vlley, Uptown, Spa Next would only be ready by 2013 and are available from 4800 to 7000 p.s.ft. I am not too sure abt NH8 and Dwarka expressway projects and personally dnt like them.
Dont get swayed by the fancy sample flats , see the actual delivery and then make a choice, though I liked ParkView City 1 a lot.Offers nothig spl, but nice clean society with good layouts and open spaces.A lot of other mre expensive ones look cluttered in comparison. checkout more properties in gurgaon on Groffr and get best group deal
